Caravan & Boat Storage Terms & Conditions

  • All caravans/boats MUST have valid insurance cover.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage, unless such loss or damage is a result of negligence of the proprietor or employees.
  • Customers must disconnect LPG, put down corner steadies and apply handbrake when in compound.
  • All caravans/boats must be left in a safe condition with front main curtains open.
  • Access to the site is between 9am and 5pm. Access at any other time by arrangement.
  • All caravans/boats to be parked correctly within the allocated plot.
  • All caravans/boats and the site area must be kept tidy and all litter removed from the site.
  • A recognised vermin control regime is in place and is monitored regularly, we do not accept responsibility of damage caused by vermin infestation. Owners must remove food sources from caravans/boats during storage periods.
  • No photos of caravans/boats taken at our premises to appear on any internet sales sites, Ebay etc. No trading is permitted from the site.
  • The caravan/boat must not be inhabited during the storage period.
  • No major repairs to be carried out on site (minor repairs can be undertaken with the proprietors permission).
  • The rental fee is payable in advance, we have the right to alter the rental by giving due notice to the plot holder.
  • In the event of the storage fee being overdue we may retain possession until the arrears are settled in full or otherwise discharged. We will notify possession by recorded delivery.
  • In the event of a negative response to possession, legal action may be taken to sell the caravan/boat via The Tort Interference with Goods Act 1977. The outstanding arrears will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale, as will any reasonable costs incurred. The remaining balance will be retained to await collection.
  • We will at all times act with due diligence in providing a fit and proper place for the storage of caravans/boats.
  • Periodic checks may be made on the identity of all the caravans/boats stored on site.
  • The management reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.
